Chris Silva has spent years scouring the streets of Toronto and has become one of Canada’s most prolific street riders. Silva’s stacks more footage than up-and-comers almost a decade younger, partly due to a nearly bottomless mental archive of Toronto’s nooks and crannies. Watch a collection of alternate angles from Silva’s ‘Any Means Necessary’ video part and catch his section in the full video below.

REPSET - Greg Flag

Macneil just tossed up Greg Flag’s appearance in the new issue of Ride. Head over to their site and figure out how to get yourself some almost-free sunglasses. Shout out to Dave Scott on the photo.

30 Jan Macneil signs Amos Franke, shows no sign of slowing down.

Amos Franke kills it, and his riding has put him right in the middle of Macneil‘s new additions for 2014. There have been a ton of edits pouring out of the west coast lately (probably because they’re not covered in snow like the rest of the country) and Amos’ street moves do not disappoint.

28 Jan Chijioke Okafo joins the coveted Macneil ranks.

Not long after leaving Volume / Demolition, Chijioke Okafo has shifted sideways through the Tenpack camp over to Macneil for 2014. Excellent choice.

14 Feb The stakes are high for Macneil in Las Vegas.

Posted at 17:23h in Canadian BMX Blog Archive

I meant to post this earlier, but between all this time zone bullshit and plane hopping I’ve been doing it managed to slip through the cracks. I spotted on the Macneil twitter the other day that the crew was in Las Vegas getting loose, riding bikes in the nice weather, and putting all the money Macneil’s ever made from Pivotal onto roulette tables at several of the area’s largest casinos. Keep an eye on their site for more trip updates and wish them some luck.

06 Dec Travis Collier and David Lang team up for another web edit.

Posted at 11:07h in Canadian BMX Blog Archive

I think I’ve used the term ‘breath of fresh air’ to describe these edits before and that’s exactly how I feel. David Lang put together this rad edit of Macneil‘s Travis Collier and it came out awesome. Some flatland, some street nibles, and some ninja moves from David. Enjoy.

Featuring Travis Collier along with a couple clips of me snuck in. Shot on the rare dry days between the snow, sleet, and rain that’s made up Vancouver’s erratic weather these past few weeks.

11 Nov Jaumell Campbell plaza edit gives hope for older generation.

Jaumell actually isn’t even old. Regardless, he’s out there killin’ it still. It’d be nice to see more random stuff like this from the Edmonton scene, so hopefully they keep it up. I heard from Jams that he’s going to have some extra time on his hands soon too so ideally he will out there Gleamin’. via Macneil.
